About this space
What a location!
Cozy 2-bed apartment nestled away on a side street just off the most happening location in Belfast; Dublin Road. A 5-minute walk will take you right into the city center in one direction and Queens University in the other. With brand new furnishings, a smart TV to catch up on your shows, very comfy beds to relax in after a full day of sightseeing, a full kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and a private parking space, it is really the perfect spot for any length of stay!

The Area
Located just off Dublin Road so you will not be short of places to eat, drink, and have fun. You are also a 5-minute walk to the city center and to Queens University. In fact, pretty much everywhere you will want to go in the city is walkable so take your time and enjoy the different neighborhoods as you go from A to B. For any recommendations please get in touch as we love to pass on our local knowledge.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Good location, OK apartment

Centrally located with walkable access to most of the city sites in the southern area of the linen district. A Tesco express a short walk convenient away. Basic accommodation; barebones kitchen (grill didn't work), a few condiments provided. Bathroom was ok; shower on-demand hot water took some fiddling to get consistent flow enough to take a decent shower, not a luxury experience by any means. Management company was very responsive to questions and helpful. All-in-all reasonable accommodation for the price.
