The location was perfect to get around Belfast. The bathroom decor was stunning, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good despite being very busy. Parking was a bit of concern but with valet service it worked out.

Exceptional bar staff. Waitresses at breakfast excellent as well. However I booked 2 twin rooms and only got one. The other was a double which we accepted after travelling. One of the rooms had a leak in the bathroom (room 620) for one night it was okay but still massive inconvenience.

Great location in central Belfast. Modern amenities in the room including a desk & small couch. Very helpful staff. Only place to improve a little would be adding some more fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet and a barista to make a proper cappacino. Otherwise a fantastic stay. We were there during the Fleadh so great fun.

Great room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Same guy that helped us in the bar brought us ice to the room later. Parking difficult to access. Would recommend valet. Everything within walking distance even on a Sunday. Would recommend to anyone.

Really fantastic the staff at front desk amazing we arrived 51/2 hours early and wanted to put bags in and they said you can have your room! Amazing! Cleaned everyday and then did turn down every night with chocolates just lovely and breakfast really nice with lots to choose from. I will definitely stay here again no complaints and I can be a moaner.
