「The location of the stay was very convient, however was surprised no mention was made of no ensuite bathroom and confirmation of stay did not say we would be on the fourth floor very challenging with our luggage. Television did not work and room was not cleaned after we stayed for 3 days. Instructions of how to access the premises could have been sent to the email took a while whilst we were outside to know it was sent to expedia.
