It was very clean, and very close to groceries and a corner store. It was also close to the fun waterside restaurant Smokeez. The only things I would recommend would be more hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen, and possibly a supply of toilet paper.

Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row.
