The local manager and the concierge were very helpful once we arrived (contact numbers are in the suite). Pool was great and dock was very handy. No swimming near the suite. The check in was easy. “We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us. “This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. The pool was perfect for our needs and provided a private place to hang out since we had all 4 cottages. The walk to restaurants was a little long, but taxis are always available and walking allowed us to become familiar with the culture of the island. We truly enjoyed our experience and would return. ”

“We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. Well this is definitely not in town. 12 miles north along the coast, and secluded.(3 houses close by). House a little rustic but has AC and WiFi. Pool was nice to have though found couldn't really swim in ocean off deck. Was better to go up coast a bit. Having never been to Belize,we took 15 min flight to San Pedro and were greeted by Karen with our golf cart……
