「Kindness The staff was so helpful and kind. People always say this but they are genuinely kind and thoughtful. Our room and our view was amazing. The pools are the perfect temperature. Many of the guests gathered at the end of the day in the jacuzzi to share what we did that day. It was so nice. The front desk scheduled our flights on Maya air, transportation as well as excursions in advance. Everything was seemless. We will be coming back.」
