“As a first impression. Our booking was cancelled 3days before our arrival by the hotel. I only learned this because I wanted to check the check in policy. I chose the option to pay at the hotel, however I never at any stage of the booking process was asked to provide any bank details. Hence I was surprised when querying the cancellation with hotels.com I was told that the hotel had withdrawn my reservation due to failing taking payment. Without any notification was this done. I would recommend……

“Poziom czystosci łazienki- bardzo kiepski, Brak działającej klimatyzacji, Śniadania w hotelu- mało różnorodne Kolacja- w pierwszym dniu tragedia, kolacja serwowana, bez możliwości wyboru... Pierwszego dnia dostalismy do wypelnienia ankietę, co chcemy na kolację kolejnego dnia, więc tutaj przynajmniej wybralismy danis, ktore byliśmy w stanie zjeść”

“Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, hotel świetnie położony, ma wspaniałe baseny, korzystaliśmy tylko z nich gdyż na głównych basenach w Hajduszoboszlo w sierpniu bardzo tłoczno a tutaj luzy. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie, dużo owoców i ciast do posiłków. Pokój typowy hotelowy, balkon wymaga odświeżenia, trąci PRL-em.”

“The staff was very polite and well trained, except for one waitress at the main dining room who greeted us as we'd been children (sziasztok) despite being an adult couple in their early 30's, it's just unacceptable to me regardless of how young / old we are. The SPA is small yet cozy and very well designed, if I could see well from our balcony there was an ongoing construction of - probably - a greater size outside (swimming?) pool, if it's true, then it really is a good and welcomed news. “we had a great time. everything new and as described in the photos. the host was very generous and helpful with flawless english. gave us great tips about the down and found us a taxi to the airport in a great price. the rooms were clean well equipped. would definitely go there again.”
