Seattle Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 Hotels

"Would not go back. Housekeeping failed to clean or room multiple times and the times they did come, it was late afternoon while we were trying to get ready for dinner. Anytime we called down about issues or needing anything they were very dismissive and we had to call multiple times to get items. Multiple things on property were broken like room safe and water fountain filter. Overall a bad experience"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."

"The location is perfect — easy walking distance to many places. The rooms were clean, and there were four of us. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique bedding setup. We all slept well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this stay. Thanks, Pineapple!"

"We stayed at this hotel for two days and the AC was broken. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. I called the front desk, and all they could do was offer me a mini desktop fan. There were no maintenance workers onsite to help. It was not a good stay at all. I will say, that the bar downstairs serves good food and drinks and the staff was very nice! I would not be staying here again."
