The location of this house was good for us. Loved that it was near the BVCC for meals and drinks. The house does have that old house smell when you first walk in but after a few minutes, we adjusted to it. Really liked the minimalist but tasteful furnishings. As previously mentioned, there is no backyard access from the house -- you must use the outside gate to enter. The backyard needs much attention. There were so many broken branches and piles of dead leaves, we did not allow our pets in the yard. The floors looked clean, but when my spouse used his leaf blower to blow off the front porch and stepped back into the entry hall, a cloud of dust was visible from the rug and floor. We liked having a half bath attached to the Master. The place has potential but isn't there yet.

Not Great

The house smelled of mildew and mold when we checked in. Dirty widows, caked dirt on the window frames, broken gate in the back fence, leaves piled up at the side gate, no access the the back yard from the deck, broken furniture at the fire pit, and generally just a below average house and experience. The kitchen is not equipped thoughtfully. Just not a well executed VRBO.
