“Gut, aber nicht Hervorragend.”

“Excellent service especially in helping us find taxis at critical times. Good rooms. But inconvenient location- should not be categorized as a Bellagio hotel when it is 30 min walk away. Transportation quite inconvenient, had to wait for 30-120 minutes to get on to a bus to Como. Also no help in getting luggage up to 3rd floor, it was very difficult to operate without elevator. Taxis very expensive. We should have selected a Bellagio hotel. ”

“Staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Close to main town. Restaurant across the street since we were too tired to walk the 15 minutes into town. Easy to park. ”

“The location is very good, i.e. close to bus station, pier and train station. The keepers are very friendly and inform everything regarding the hotel to me. The breakfast is very good. It is a good place to stay in Como.”

“We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. On arrival they made us lunch and gave us a lot of helpful information and recommendations for the local area. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. We can’t recommend this place enough, for the amazing views of the……

“La suite 1 del San Carlo Suite es muy linda, cómoda, sin ruidos, tamaño ideal para dos personas aunque éramos tres y también estuvo bien! Muy bien ubicado, a metros del Lago Lugano y de la zona de compras. Todo un 10. La recomiendo.”

“Check in automatico via whatsapp non del tutto semplice anche se senza limiti di orario e. On informazioni ricevute costantemente. Difficile farsi fare lo scontrino per la colazione pagata al check out e non direttamente in fase di prenotazione (10€ prezzo non in linea con quello che ho trovato nel buffet). Bagno non perfettamente pulito, no sigilli e un asciugamano nella cesta . Per il resto la struttura molto bella in contesto rilassante con comodo parcheggio ,la cortesia non manca . ”

“Nette en schone kamer en aardige gastheer/ gastvrouw. Voor 1 of 2 nachten (doorreis) zeker aan te bevelen. In Cernobbio is weinig te beleven. Met de boot over het meer naar Como gaat snel en is leuk. ”
