「Terrazzo Torno is a remarkable and secluded getaway off the beaten path in Lake Como. Arriving at the Villa is a grand and private experience. It took some communication to get the taxi driver to the final location. He stopped at the Mandarin Oriental gate though I had told him we were not going there. 「Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic.」

Leider war der Schwimmteich nur sehr vorsichtig und nur mit Schuhen zu betreten, da die Stufen total glitschig und und verschleimt waren. "We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
