“Our family had a family wedding to attend in Richwood, Ohio, which was approx. 40 minutes from this property. The property provided a perfect set-up for our family to enjoy some nice R&R together after assisting with decorating the wedding venue, etc. ... the nice continental breakfast was a PLUS and the property was spacious, comfortable, and very clean! It was a joy getting to meet the owners, Dan and Annette, just before we left!!!”

“My husband and I were amazed at the gorgeous little cottage and all of the thoughtful touches left from Cyndi the host. She had made gourmet brownies for our arrival and there was a basket full of snacks and even dog toys for our puppies who had come with us. There were other thoughtful touches around the cottage, from a basket of soaps/lotions/shampoos, a fridge full of bottled water and lots of wood left for the fireplace. We had a wonderful few days and were sad to leave. I have already……

“This was the perfect property for a mini-family reunion. We fit very comfortably with two families with young kids plus grandparents. The open living room/kitchen area and huge dining area in the converted back porch provided tons of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. The backyard is also great for entertaining with plenty of seating on the dock and back deck. “Host did a wonderful job of communication. Everything was well stocked - from indoor games, yard games, bedding, towels, snacks, etc. Everything was also labled with instructions so there was no trouble using the TV, hot tub, etc. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had a great stay. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes you could need. The fire pit and screened in porch gave us options for hanging out outside to view the lake. The host was very communicative and shared lots of info with us before our stay, and has even more info available in the house. Check in was very easy and there wasn’t much to do upon checkout like some other places. If you have mobility issues, please listen to their warning about……

“No luxuries at all. The toilet in the hall was like riding A bucking bronco. It’s clearly not attached to the floor & is leaking somewhere. The kitchen was seriously infested with teeny tiny ants…eeeew! Not enough towels & extra blankets. Tons of goose poop in the yard leading to the lake…like a mine field. The fire pit was great & we enjoyed using it each evening. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay with our family.”
