Come relax and enjoy feeding the goats and give our loveable guard dog treats, sipping tea while watching the sunset, reading a book curled up in a cozy blanket on the couch, or playing a game in this quiet unique spot. It’s the perfect place to get away and clear your mind or bring the family to have a goat experience! You are welcome to walk around the property or sleep on the hammock, make a fire (pending fire bans) pet the dog or pick a fresh apple (when in season) Take in the beautiful farms around you as you unwind. Very disappointed with our stay. :/ The property is not well kept and things are falling apart. As soon as we got to the property, the hinge of the bathroom door popped out the door frame and opened the wrong way. For that the host used part of our damage deposit to repair the door. I would be weary staying here as things are old and not maintained. The communication was delayed and subpar. No one came to repair the door, we had to use the bathroom with the door open and unable to close. There was three of us staying there at the time. They didn’t supply enough towels, when I called and texted to ask for towels no response. Got the bath towel at the end of the day when we returned after going out for the entire day. My friend said her pillow smelt like someone scalp. It didn’t smell clean or washed. Disappointing and would definitely not recommend this place. The goats and their pup (Diesel) were such cuties. But be ready to be woken up by ruthless screaming of the goats :D Regardless, they were extremely cute <3

Goat paradise!

It was wonderful to stay here! We loved the cottage and seeing the goats and doggies every morning. The host was wonderful and our two year old had the time of his life seeing the animals, he's already been asking to come back!

Clean & safe. We liked that the host was next door about 800 ft away and communicated promptly with all of our questions. I felt at home with the goats and a dogs around. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

Great Stay - Just what I needed

I was looking to come to Bellingham area to get a break and got exactly what I wanted. The host was great at communication and the facilities very relaxed. The goats were cute and I was able to facetime my grandson to see them too. Overall a great stay and recommended.

Nice little getaway in the Bellingham area

We had a great time at the goat cottage. The kids loved feeding the goats and dog of course. The owners couldn't be better, very kind and attentive. The cottage served as a nice base camp for all the day trips we made visiting the area.

Excellent country setting

My wife and i stayed here. What an awesome place to stay. It is perfect for two people. If you are at looking for a quiet place to stay then this the place. We enjoyed seeing and petting the goats, plus disel the over grown puppy dog, and Luna who loved to play fetch. The place is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Amber Joy and Dave were great hosts. We had zero issues our whole stay.

Cozy cottage

This is a unique property with goats and a wonderful goat dog named Diesel. I didn’t get to spend much time here during the day as I was here visiting my daughter and her family. But it’s a comfy place to tuck into for the night. The host was helpful when necessary but otherwise leaves you be.

Lovely Getaway with the Goats

We had such a great stay here! This place was a child’s paradise with all the animals to interact with from the free range chickens to the goats and dog and even some horses next door. It was a lovely quiet place and Amberjoy and her family were perfect hosts.

The property was easy to find, very clean and comfy, and the goats were absolutely ADORABLE! A hit with my kids, we felt very much at home. Owners were very easy to work with and respected our space while also being available when needed. Would book again!
