“We had a lovely stay in this apartment, very clean and well equipped. We will definitely be back. It’s very well placed for visiting Hadrians Wall. We travelled by train and found the bus service more than adequate for our needs. The bus stop is outside the apartment. Also there is a range of shops and eateries. On Wednesday in the market square there was a pop up rice van selling take away food.”

“Lovely cottage ideal for 2 people. Everything you could want. Excellent location with plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the local area. Plenty of leaflets and books provided to help you with this. Just a little tip: if you are staying in the colder weather you might like to gen up on your fire lighting technique. There is a lovely log fire and plenty of logs. The owner could not be more friendly and helpful.”
