「The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).」

「This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. The air conditioner in the large bedroom didn’t work and the ceiling fan was very wobbly and loud, so it did get pretty hot at night in July.
