"The rooms were clean. The bathroom's very clean. The hotel is old in a little beat up. Their breakfast has been reduced to waffles. Toast and fruit, which was a disappointment from when the last time I was there"

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"Everything was clean, they have a dog walking area, coffee in the room plus coffee in the lounge 24 hours and a nice continental breakfast. Very nice lodging."
