Just 50 meters from the sea and port of Benalmádena, the Beautiful Holiday Apartment in Puerto Marina is a perfect place for a beach holiday with all the conveniences of city life. Renovated in December 2018, the modern apartment in cream and grey decor consists of a living room/dining room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom with a workspace including an office table and a chair, as well as one bathroom and accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flatscreen TV as well as a cot (with a mattress and linens), a high chair, a baby bathtub, plastic dishes and a portable diaper changer, making this property especially fitting for families. Outside, step out onto your balcony equipped with a table and chairs and enjoy the stunning view of the marina and the calm waters of the sea. Here you can round off your days with a glass of wine in the evenings or start the day with a great cup of coffee. Due to the apartment’s optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The harbor and the seaside itself is less than 50 meters away just beyond your doorstep. Meanwhile, Tivoli World amusement park is 3.9 km from the apartment and the Malaga airport is a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is 1.8 km from Selwo Marina Park and 8 km from Plaza de España.



Street parking is available. There is a paid public parking zone as well as blue zone (during the night, it is free from 21h to 9h and at noon from 14h to 16h). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The reception is open 24 hours. The property is conveniently situated close to a bus stop. The owner provides a courtesy, welcoming pack for guests including milk, juice, bread, coffee capsules, bread and marmalade as well as essential toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and 4 toilet paper rolls.

Short break in Benalmadena

Perfect little apartment for my break in Benalmadena. If anything the location is better than I had expected. The front of the building is right on the promenade. The beautiful Marina is so close but there are also lovely little restaurants just yards from the apartment. Milluca was a oarticular favourite for tapas
