Sehr großzügiges Haus

Das Haus wurde in den vorangegangen Rezensionen ausführlich beschrieben. Erwähnenswert sind noch die modernen, mehrfach verglasten Fenster und Terrassentüren. Neben der thermischen Isolierung war der Schallschutz sehr positiv. Am letzen Abend gab es in der Nachbarschaft eine laute Party. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war davon fast nichts zu hören. Frau Esser ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie reagiert umgehend auf Anfragen und stellt, wenn nötig, Kontakte vor Ort her. Sehr angenehm. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excellent Villa

The villa totally exceeded our expectations especially space around pool area as photos don't do it justice. The villa is amazing so comfortable and spacious.The booking process and communication was very good and informative from start to finish. The area was very quiet but unfortunately location was downfall in relation to being close to Benalmadena itself as we had to get taxis. You really would need a car. We do like to walk but even for us it was challenging . A lady lives in basement apartment and cleans garden and pool. She introduced herself to us and offered advice re buses etc. She was very helpful and agreed with us a time to suit us re cleaning of pool. If you want a relaxing holiday this is definitely the villa for you. Highly recommened.

Lovely stay

The villa was lovely - very spacious and clean. The pool area was great and kept very clean by the gardener. The kitchen was well equipped (although no bins in any room) and all rooms had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend car hire as it is a fair walk to the shops/restaurants/beach etc and mostly hilly! Would highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing holiday

Wonderful villa

Fantastic house that felt really homely, with lots of space and a lovely pool. Location was excellent - it was very peaceful but an easy drive to all amenities, the beach resorts and the train station, which meant you could be in Malaga in half an hour. Belen who lives in the apartment downstairs was really friendly and helpful, and even drove to the airport when we left our iPad in the house at the end of our holiday. Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Presque parfait

Magnifique maison, bel espace de vie , grande cuisine, belle piscine. Nous aurions aimé savoir à l’avance que la locataire du bas avait 2 chiens qui aboient. Il y avait des travaux de construction à côté mais la propriétaire a su nous accommoder suite à notre remarque. La dame qui nous recevait était très professionnelle et elle autant que la propriétaire ont été très collaboratives et dévouées. Merci.

Perfect Stay

The villa was perfect for us, very well equipped and maintained and ideally situated between Benalmádena Pueblo and Costa. The pool was regularly cleaned and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. A few minor issues with building works next door were sensitively handled and did not impact our stay. The terrace was ideal for al fresco dining and we made good use of the BBQ. There is an excellent butchers in the town and plenty of supermarkets within 5/10 mins drive. The beds were very comfortable, rooms spacious with plenty of storage and fully working air conditioning and WiFi throughout.

Schöner Urlaub

Für uns, Familie und Freunde, waren die 3 Schlafzimmer ( gute Betten) mit den 3 Bädern sowie die Insektenschutzgitter!!! perfekt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und es sind auch genügend Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit vielen liebevollen Details sehr persönlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der gemütlichen und geschützten Terrasse verbracht, wobei zeitweise nur Vogelgezwitscher zu hören war. Der Pool ist sehr groß und gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Er bietet eine herrliche Erfrischung nach den Ausflügen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt mit vielen schönen Pflanzen. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da sich das Haus in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten Richtung Meer bzw. oberhalb von Benalmádena zu erreichen, ebenso viele Restaurants. Wir hatten bisher noch nie solch nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor oder während des Urlaubs. Sie steht bei Fragen sofort und unkompliziert zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Bewertung der Villa

Zunächst einmal ist Frau Esser eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und sich um jegliche Belange kümmert. Die Villa ist sehr gut gelegen und absolut zentral. Man kommt innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zum Strand, verschiedenen Lebensmittelläden und der Innenstadt. Die Villa ist sehr groß und geräumig. Man hat viel Platz und genügend Verstaumöglichkeiten für Gegenstände. Es ist toll ausgestattet und es hat kaum an etwas gefehlt. Von der Küchen- bis hin zur Poolaustattung und Liegen, alles ist da. Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön, vor allem der Pool und die Terasse mit dem großen Grill sind ein Traum! Sogar ein extra Waschraum ist vorhanden. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Belle villa.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa du 3 au 17 juillet 2021. A notre arrivée nous avons été seduit par la taille et la beauté de la villa mieux que sur les photos. Surtout de la chambre à l'étage la vue est époustouflante. Elle est très bien équipée tout y est comme à la maison. Par contre une voiture est indispensable pour tout trajet. Nous qui aimons marcher c'est un vrai périple de se rendre au village à pieds. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec la responsable de la villa en cas de souci elle est restée accessible. Merci à Rakel pour son aide.

Séjour parfait! Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Traudl Esser! Nous connaissions déjà la région car nous y venons tous les ans. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de l’Andalousie et particulièrement de la région de Malaga. Benalmadena est notre ville de choix car elle offre beaucoup d’activités touristiques adaptées aux enfants (la stupa, le château de Comares, un zoo, un parc aquatique juste à côté à Torremolinos, le selwo Marina, Tivoli World, le téléphérique, Puerto Marina...) et c’est une ville centrale pour visiter Málaga, Marbella, Nerja, Córdoba, Mijas,... Bref une situation idéale dans une maison juste parfaite!!! Une piscine au top avec une température de l’eau juste idéale par ces températures estivales! Nos enfants y ont passé beaucoup de temps ! (Âge de nos enfants : 4ans, 8 ans et 11 ans). Nous ne sommes qu’à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage! La villa est proche de toutes les commodités, en voiture, à mois de 5 minutes. Voiture indispensable. Toutes les pièces sont équipées d’une climatisation qui fonctionne à merveilles. La literie est excellente! La cuisine est très très bien équipée! Il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres (mais prévoyez tout de même un diffuseur anti moustique sur les prises car malgré un répulsif et les moustiquaires, nous avons tous été dévorés :-)). Toutes les conditions étaient réunies dans cette villa pour passer des vacances parfaites! La résidence est très calme. La remise des clés s’est effectuée via une boîte à clés sécurisée ce qui nous a permis d’être entièrement autonome sur l’heure d’arrivée (ce qui est plutôt bien quand nous venons de Bretagne avec trois enfants et un chien, les arrêts ne sont pas toujours prévisibles ;-)) et surtout, aucun risque de contact étant donné la situation sanitaire. La propriétaire est très disponible et à l’écoute. C’est une des rares villa à accepter les animaux et rien que pour cela je la remercie! Nous avons enfin trouvé le lieu idéal pour passer nos vacances estivales. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine sans aucun doute!!

Family Holiday

So glad we chose this villa for our summer holiday especially when it was during covid 19. The villa was very clean plenty of room bigger than advertised. We all had a bathroom and a bonus of a cloakroom wc. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Also a barbecue. As it was during the pandemic we did eat and cook a lot at the villa so the dishwasher came in handy too. The bedrooms were all large doubles with the mastersuite having its own private upstairs balcony. Beds were comfy and air-conditioning in all the rooms which helped as it was still 30 + degrees some nights. A gardener came round 3x a week to clean the pool and tend to the garden which was an added bonus too. We walked down to the beach and back 1 night it took 35mins but it is do able just up hill on the way back. I would recommend hiring a car while staying at the villa, and would not hesitate to recommend the villa and would return again if we come back to Benalmádena. Traudi the owner was also quick at replying to any questions we had

Sehr schöne Villa.

Villa war großartig. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei! Klima, Waschmaschine Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben auch jeden Tag gekocht. Es war mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe vorhanden. Auf der Terasse konnte man gemütlich zusammen essen oder grillen. Der Pool ist riesig. Mann kann kaum auf den Garten und den Pool rein schauen. Privatsphäre ist hier echt klasse! Abends konnten wir im beleuchtetm Pool noch mal mit unseren Kindern Spaß haben. Super war es auch das alle Fenster und die Terassen Tür einen Insektenschutz Schiebetür haben. Es gibt auch in allen Zimmern eine Klimaanlage. Mit der Eigentümerin haben wir total positiv über Email kommuniziert. Regelmäßig kümmert sich die Verwaltung um Garten und Pool. Verwaltung Spricht auch deutsch falls Fragen aufkommen. Fazit für uns : Unsere Favorit Villa. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank Vereist als Familie mit drei Kindern.

mooie rustig gelegen villa

Wij waren daar 2 weken en vonden het fantastisch. Dicht bij het dorpje, wat zeer gezellig was trouwens. In dit huis is ALLES aanwezig. Ik heb nog nooit een huis gehuurd dat zo compleet was. In de keuken heb je alles wat je thuis hebt en zelf meer. Rustig gelegen met mooi zeezicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping en slechts op 5 minuten van de winkels, dorp, zee enz, met de auto wel te verstaan die je zeker moet hebben.

Næsten ingen sol

Huset er fint i sig selv, men er bygget forkert i forhold til at man gerne vil have sol ved poolen det meste af dagen. Solen kommer først ved 12-tiden. Og så går der noget tid før den er varm. Der er heller ikke sol på teressen om morgenen. Huset er fint og stort. Mange toiletter og plads til mange mennesker. Selve huset er i et niveau, men poolen er i et niveau længere nede hvor der er en mur og kæmpe træer som giver skyggen.
