Great place!

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photographs and was impeccable and clean. Very quiet surroundings (albeit we were in the low season, so, not many neighbors). Our host Gillian was extremely helpful and very nice. Although there are quite a few steps to climb in order to get to the apartment, this is what gets you the fabulous views over the Benalmadena coast line. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great selection of linens and towels. Kitchen has excellent appliances. Wifi access was excellent and TV has good selection of local (spanish) and foreign (english/french/german) channels. Pueblo Evita complex is very well located, close to bus/train to all surrounding areas. Mercadona (supermarket) and many shops less than 2 min. form the complex. Excellent Apartment

The apartment is great. A spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, one being en suite to the main bedroom. It has 2 balconies, one of which is accessed through the main bedroom and has 2 sun loungers. This balcony gets the sun from around midday onwards. The other off the living area has tables and chairs for al fresco dining. We felt at home immediately on our arrival. Whilst we were there, we experienced great weather with the temperature in the high 20’s so when in the apartment, we spent all our time on one of the balconies. Of the apartments we have stayed in recently this proved to be the best for comfort and location. The apartment has a great supply of towels and linen as well as crockery and utensils. It is well furnished and the bed was really comfortable, which is not always the case when staying in apartments. This really is a great apartment the only point to be aware of as mentioned in other reviews is that the apartment is up several flights of stairs (we counted 86 steps) which if you are fit is not an issue. There is no lift to the apartment so carrying a 23kg suitcase as I did was a challenge and when carrying shopping and heavy bottles of water it gives you a good cardio workout. So if you have mobility or fitness issues you might struggle on occasions. All that said it really is a nice apartment and as long as I remain mobile and fit I would be happy to return to this apartment.

Fin utsikt o bra lägenhet

Kontakten med Gillian som hjälpte oss med allt var suverän. Allt toppen, enda nackdel är de många trapporna om man har jobbigt att gå i trappor och att poolerna utomhus var stängda nu under julledigheten. Lägenheten toppenbra för oss fyra. Mvh Marina och Janne Kårström

Fantastisk lejlighed

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, lejligheden har alt hvad man behøver. Store værelser og stue, dejlige terrasser med en betagende udsigt. Alt hvad man behøver er inden for gå afstand. Endvidere ligger det tæt på Malaga, Fuengirola, strand og marinaen.

A fantastic apartment and the excellent location

The apartment was just like in the pictures. It was cosy, well equipped, clean and spacious. It has nice two terraces. The other one offered comfortable shadow and the other one was just perfect for sun bathing. Air-conditioning in each room and two bathrooms. The pool on the top floor were just one floor up from the apartment. It was a great bonus! And it wasn’t crowded at all during our stay (Mid of June). There were also small bar on the top floor's pool area where you could by some drinks and snacks. Opening hours were same as the pool area had. Supermarket was located nearby as well several restaurants and the beach. Excellent location. As the apartment is located on upper floors, there were some stairs to climb but the view and the apartment was worth it. Communication with the owner of the apartment was very smooth and friendly. Property Manager at the spot was very helpful. We can highly recommend the apartment and we could definetely rent it also in the future.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment was great - very much as described, clean, well furnished and equipped with great views. The location was perfect for us - 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins the other way into town (lots of excellent local tapas bars). The apartment was very quiet when we were there. Tom answered all questions promptly in the run up to the holiday and Gillian met us on the day and told us everything we needed to know. We would definitely come here again. The only point to be aware of if you are interested in the apartment is that there are around eight flights of stairs up to the front door from the street with no lift. This wasn't a problem for us but you do need some basic fitness!

A home from home

We loved this apartment, which had possibly the most comfortable beds we have ever found on holiday! There is a lovely bright and spacious living room with English television channels and a very well equipped kitchen. Perfect in every way, apart from possibly the climb up the steps to reach the apartment! Pueblo Evita is in a great location with lots of really nice restaurants on the doorstep, Mercadona over the road and a bus stop outside. I thought it was really unique that we could have a private apartment but benefit from facilities such as a kids club on site. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again next year! Stunning View!!

Although faced with a steep stair climb up to the apt you are then rewarded with a spacious, spotless, fully equipped 2 bedroom/bathroom with fantastic views of the sea and surrounding areas. Balcony gets the sun all day long and the roof pool is just one stairs up!! Pueblo Evita is also a fantastic Place to stay with friendly staff and loads to do. Owners of the apt are great too and very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

Great location, close to beach, shops, restaurants

We had this apartment at the end of May 2015. Had a lovely week at this apartment with sea views from both balconies. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably - 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and sofa bed in the living area. Everything we needed in the apartment was all there - full kitchen with all equipment etc there - supermarket 2 minute walk over the road so that was really handy as we had dinner in the apartment a few times. The beach, Benalmadena marina and restaurants is a 5-10 minute walk and very easy to get to. Torremolinos & Fuengirola are really close by too - buses are easy to catch or even a taxi will get you there within minutes which we did a few times. Arriving from Malaga airport is really easy too - approx. 15 minute drive and you're there at the apartment. I'd recommend this apartment and would visit again if we went back to Benalmadena. There are two pools you can use at the apartment which are really nice if you just want to relax by the pool for the day. As mentioned above location was great - we went most places on foot as it was all close together. Thank you to the owners too -really helpful from when we booked it and arranged it all which made it very easy for us and we had a fantastic holiday.

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed.

Rigtig dejlig lejlighed, med skøn udsigt over byen og havet. Med pool på taget og ved clubhouse området, men også tæt på stranden. Ca. 5km strandpromenade med rig mulighed for at få noget at spise, hvor man til sidst ender i en skøn marina med shoppemulighede, sejl/fiske-ture, spisesteder, cafeer, bare og natklubber. Fortsætter man ender man i Torremolinos. Som og er et besøg værd. Alt i alt et skønt område med masser af muligheder for en dejlig ferie!

Brilliant apartment, great location, wonderful!

Lovely holiday apartment, would recommend to anyone! The flat is a great size for 5 adults, plenty of space with 2 balconies and contains all the amenities you need for the week. The location is great! 15 minutes from Malaga airport, 5 minutes walk to the beach, close to the supermarket, restaurants and shops! The marina, sea world, bars, Tivoli, the water park, etc are all close by! The landlord provided excellent customer services and was easy to talk to if we had any questions (great English). It's a perfect place for families with young children, adults & friends.
