「I had a mixed experience. Many of the hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a nice location.
My challenges started before I arrived. I had contacted the hotel in advance to ask about a hotel transfer, any arrangements as I would be arriving before the check in time and that it’d be my birthday during my stay so could anything be arranged. I had an initial response but no follow up when I sent over my flight details, nor when I sent a second email to check. The result was that I...

「My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient...
