「The "cozy cottage" was just as advertised. It's a spacious studio cottage with screened off bedroom, comfortable sitting area, both countertop and table dining, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The host was friendly, accessible, and quick to respond to the few minor issues that arose during my stay. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from First Street and its shops and restaurants. I stayed for a month and was sorry to leave!」

「Great little studio with all the amenities you would need. So close to restaurants and shops. My only negative is that you only get one "key" to get into the building. Check in box is the one one the left side of the front gate: we struggled a moment trying to get in using the code box on the right side of the front gate. 「We stayed for one week. We walked for breakfast every day, and then downtown in the afternoon. The apartment is just as pictured. There is a lovely courtyard at the complex. There are many amazing restaurants downtown, as well as shopping. Would have given 5 stars for everything if it were not for a glitch with the keyless entry. Walnut Creek is beautiful.」
