“Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.”

Just a short walk to Sapphire Beach (which has a restaurant, coffee shop, beach bar, and pizza place), and the water was amazing. “The Mermaid’s Pearl was a comfortable fit for my son (19) and me. It is located in a quiet complex with a beautiful view from the balcony. The studio is a perfect size for two people and was very clean. We enjoyed the local restaurant (Sudi’s) and the pool just outside the front door, as well as the short walk to the Safire Beach complex (local coffee shop and eateries on the beach). We also walked into Red Hook which took about 20 minutes. Red Hook is small but has plenty of little shops and……

“Our stay for 8 nights at this property had some ups and downs. We were without power for 3 days, but did get refunded for 2 nights. It was difficult at times to communicate with the host. Having no AC, no power, and no ho hot water for 3 days was challenging. On the other hand, this property is very clean, and convenient in a great location. Red Hook is very close by. The beaches nearby were beautiful. Although the power was out, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved Maria's condo! The location was perfect (right across the parking lot from Sudi's)! Sitting on the deck watching the boats coming in and out of the marina was beautiful! The only negative is Sapphire Village does not have a generator for any power outages. Unfortunately during our 5 day stay we were there, we were without electric for more than 30 hours....no AC, food spoilage, no phone charging, no hot water for showers, etc. While this is not something that Maria can control, I……
