Peinture, déco et mobilier récents. - Bien équipé en petit électro-ménager. - Accès avec ascenseur. 🙁 - Le matelas du clic-clac n'est pas des plus confortables (manque de fermeté) pour les longs séjours (nous sommes restés 2 semaines) - Dommage qu'il y ait pas de connexion internet, d'autant que le réseau téléphonique est peu performant. - Il manque un place de parking attitrée au logement comme pour d'autres logements de la résidence. Certaines fois, cela a été compliqué de trouver une place à proximité. Ceci est d'autant plus dommage que plusieurs emplacements propres à la résidence sont inoccupés mais tous équipés d'un stop parking. Idem pour les places entre la résidence et le bâtiment Pierre & Vacances."
