「The check in was horrible, the outside key pad did not light up and we didn’t get inside until fifteen minutes. Our room key pad never worked and we had to use the key that was hidden. My other complaint was that we had to climb three flights of stairs. I assumed that there was an elevator my mistake for not checking it better. We are seniors and the stairs were rough navigating them.」

「Very nice homey place to stay! Loved it!」

「Great time. Good location」

「Clean property and excellent location to everything on the DT Square.」

「Great time」

「Great place. Really enjoyed it.」

「Location was perfect. Very responsive host. Property was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. I have bad knees so the stairs were “a challenge” but the property made up for that. Close to everything. We were there for the farmers market in Bentonville . It was within a couple of blocks of that , close to The Momentary, Crystal Bridges and The Native American museum. Blu Fish restaurant a must!」

「The condo was in a quiet neighborhood; the host was very informative. The condo fit our needs.」

「This was the perfect place to stay! The room was spacious, comfortable, tidy, and clean! I have no complaints, and enjoyed every second I was there! I also had no issues communicating with the property manager, who is extremely kind and accommodating, and who worked to ensure my stay was nothing but delightful! There’s no place in Bentonville I would recommend more than here! 」

「Great townhouse in the perfect location for mountain biking and hiking!」

「Great experience from start to finish. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Highly recommend!」

「Very clean, spacious and in close proximity to everything. Really enjoyed the holiday there.」

「Our stay at Joey's property was awesome. They are amazing hosts, provided stellar recommendations for food, offered suggestions and accommodations before we even realized we needed them, and even gave some great recommendations for trails and technique. Highly recommend staying at their property. The back yard was amazing in the morning watching the wild life, squirrels and deer.」

「The Flat was as listed. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The view from the rooftop deck is awesome, and the deck is a good place to relax.」

「This condo was perfect for our needs. We could not have asked for a better location for exploring the northwest Arkansas area. It was very clean and comfortable with many little extras we don't always find in a rental. The host was also very responsive. We will definitely check on this the next time we come to this area.」

「Great pet friendly option for a couple. The place is very clean and comfortable. Having a garage was a big plus too. While we knew we were going to be in a townhome, we didn’t realize how small the unit was until we got inside. It is perfect for a couple, but any more adults would be a challenge with only one bath on essentially the 3rd floor. Also, the second bedroom is essentially a tiny loft space that is probably best for kids.」

「Property was clean, easy to get to, and close to everything....literally everything. Thle lake was /- a mile away and there was plenty of shopping and grocery stores nearby. The neighbors that share the parking lot were great and fun to talk to. As for the lake, it was our 1st time to Beaver, we usually frequent Table Rock. Beaver is like Shell Knob. It was quiet, super clear and not crowded at all. Overall, the place was great, the communication with the host was great, and the lake...
