“The heater didn't work well so we were quite cold. And the mattresses were bad. Also, TV channels were terrible: We couldn't even watch the Academy Awards, which millions of others saw!”

The location near Osage park was perfect for indoor climbing and access to Mtn bike trails. Appreciated the ease of using the tv to watch our fav shows through Netflix or YouTube tv at night. ”

“Location was safe and excellent for the bike race we were in town for. We could walk to nearly everything. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a place for our bikes and a hose to clean them which was appreciated. My only caution would be if a visitor had mobility issues, as there are steep stairs to the house. For us this was not a problem. The property manager was quick in communication.”

The separate upstairs and downstairs layout worked great—parents could relax while the kids enjoyed their own TV/game room.It was also very pet friendly, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy Bentonville but just far enough out to feel peaceful.One of the best surprises was the trailhead……
