“My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.”

“Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that……

The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. “Had a great time in Fayetteville! Contactless check-in was easy. Condo was clean/ready upon arrival, exactly what was advertised and actually surpassed our expectations. The supply of towels, bedding, kitchen items, soaps, and etc. was more than sufficient for our stay. Onsite parking was very convenient. Communication with the property manager was efficient and thorough when needed. Location was perfect for us…right off Dickson Street so we were able to walk to shopping, restaurants and etc.……

“I came down to visit family around the area and do some work for my momma. The location is perfectly located within Fayetteville to be close enough to restaurants and other attractions, especially the university, and also very close to an easy out of town to the rural areas (where a lot of my fam lives). The Hayes family is phenomenal at communicating and responding. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to visit.”

“The condo was very comfortable, clean, and cute! It is just a block off of Martin Luther King Blvd., so it is a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Arsega's right across the street was great for breakfast. Also wanted management to know that the lever on the ice/water is very sensitive. If you close the door firmly, the water or ice will start shooting out. Otherwise, it was a really nice condo.”
