「Our family loved this spot! We have kids age 14, 10, and 2 and there was plenty to do in the water and around the house for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! I really appreciate having plenty of the basics available-paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, linens/towels, etc. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! 」

「Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

「Property was very clean upon arrival. We greatly enjoyed the deck area & the quiet neighborhood. It was close enough to get into town without issues & just far enough out to enjoy the nature. Neighbors were also quiet & respectful. 」

「We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating...

「We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay.」

「Had an issue with cabin upon arrival, but host addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Beautiful view and easy access to lake. Great location in a cove, put SUPs on water from shoreline. Cooked most meals and spent most of our time at the cabin/on the lake. Day trip to Eureka Springs and Little Golden Gate Bridge. We would stay again 」

「The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up. 」

「It was a pleasure to venture away from the ordinary hotel experience and enjoy something special and unique. We were able to experience an almost treehouse sort of adventure together, but with the same amenities as a traditional hotel/home. We loved the loft with the skylight. Highly recommend. 」
