"We had a great stay in Salzburg. The staff was very helpful on things to do in the area and recommended the Salzburg Card. We took full advantage by seeing museums, a cable car ride, the famous fortress and even doing the Toboggan Ride. This is a great place for a 2-3 day stay. The hotel was conveniently located and we even used their on site sauna."

"The hotel needs a better late check-in process. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 11:30 p.m. I messaged the hotel earlier that day to let them know we would be arriving late, but didn’t receive a response until the following morning. With no way to check in, we ended up sleeping in the car—a terrible start to our holiday. The staff apologized the next morning, but a gesture such as a complimentary dinner or drink would have made the apology more meaningful given what we experienced. Clear instructions and timely communication could have prevented this."
