Perfect for a family getaway to enjoy the beautiful beach in Berck. This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!

On the first floor, you’ll find - Living area:

- Bedroom 2: family suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), bunk beds (90x200), two balconies with ocean views, and a private shower room with toilet and hair dryer

On the 2nd floor - Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200) and a balcony with ocean views
- These two bedrooms share a shower room with toilet and hair dryer

At the back of the house, you’ll find an enclosed courtyard furnished with outdoor seating for 10 people and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
Access is available from inside the house or via a hallway leading to the side street, ideal for storing your bikes and/or beach gear.

Parking is metered from May 1 through September 30 and during school breaks (discounted parking passes are available to make your stay easier).
There are plenty of parking options around the house.

Included: linens (towel sets, sheets, dish towels, bath mats) and end-of-stay cleaning.
Wi-Fi available in the house.
For our youngest guests, the property provides a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair.
Two child safety gates are installed on the stairs.

Pets are not allowed.

You’ll have the house and yard all to yourselves.
You’ll have two sets of keys.
Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
You can check in on your own using the key box.
Please do not smoke or vape inside the property.
No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or gatherings of any kind to ensure the neighborhood remains quiet.
