Great stay the owner went out of his way to help as we spent 2 and a half hours in passport control and didn't arrive at hotel until after midnight.

The room was warm, the bed comfortable, the shower good pressure. Tired looking accommodation. Breakfast is not continental ( not like pictures), just a small coffee and pastry at the local cafe.

Good Location

In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs.

Ingen morgenmad.

Shabby without the chic

This b&b is not good value. The property is incredibly tired and basic for the price. While the surfaces and sheets etc were clean, the walls were grubby, as was the welcome mat. There was a constant stream of ants running along the floor too. It’s next to a busy road and there was lots of noise from that, keeping us awake. As well as someone dragging bins across the car park outside the room. Compared to other properties I’ve paid the same price for, this was well below par. There was also no one to greet us for check in. We had to call a number and be guided through the property over the phone. The one good point is that we asked for help getting to the airport and they arranged for a lovely lady to take us for a very reasonable price.

The stay is very wonderful! The room is well-decorated and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The quality of the 2-euro breakfast worths far more than it costs. If I come back to Bergamo, will definitely book it again. Rmb to inform the reception of wt time u will arrive 1-2 days in advance as it's a small hotel with 6 rooms, staff is not always here.

A night at PrendiTempo

A neighbour let me in to the property and as I had to leave early the following morning I never met the proprietor. However, the room was scrupulously clean, and the bathroom with excellent shower was also spotless. The neighbour was very helpful regarding the keys and how to use them and explained about the breakfast situation which was basic but adequate. The location of the hotel was very handy for the station and was also quiet.
