We can't wait to host you in our lovely 2 bedroom split-level house, only 500m from the nearest shops and restaurants, and 1.5km from the historic heart of Bergerac. You will love to return to this comfy retreat after a day spent appreciating the charm of Dordogne. Other features you'll love:

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere when you stay in our charming 52m² house, located near a lovely public park with a pond. Enjoy the serene and relaxing environment before heading into Bergerac to appreciate the history and architecture of this charming town, along with the trendy shops and delicious restaurants. At the end of a wonderful day, soak up the sun in your private furnished garden area! Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 5 guests, but can sleep up to 8!

Drift to sleep in the 2 BEDROOM house. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms with a Double Bed in each room. The sleeping alcove upstairs features a Single pull-up bed. On the ground floor, the living area sleeps additional guests with a Trundle bed and a single pull-out bed.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM. Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for €4/wash and €2/dry.

After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels). Connect with loved ones back home, courtesy of the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge. In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where this split-level house is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared pool. If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability).

If you don't feel like cooking, pick up a tasty pizza from Pizza Diablo La Kayola, a 7-minute walk from the residence! Pick up some groceries at E. Leclerc Pasteur, a 3-minute drive away. Take a stroll through Park Pombonne, only 4 minutes away by car.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival; this amount is subject to change.
• A fully-refundable damage deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival.

• Pets: max. 2 pets allowed; please inquire when booking.
• Check-in 15:00–22:00; Check-out 11:00 AM.
• Only guests over the age of 16 can access the spa; guests aged 10 to 16 may access it only if accompanied by an adult.
• Cleaning penalty if not left clean €55–80.
