SP3 Charming single studio in the heart of the city

This studio is a real cocoon of charm for one person in the heart of the city. Created in 2020, under the roof with exposed beams, it is very quiet. Bed of 140, kitchenette with 2 burners and refrigerator, combined oven and Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, satellite TV. Attention limited height in some parts: bath and toilet. It is bright but does not have a view of the outside. Perfect for a few nights rest after a day of work or tourism.



From the flat, all of Bergerac is accessible on foot, shops, services, old town, etc. In season, a free shuttle bus "Coeur de Ville" goes around Bergerac. Parking is not a problem in the vicinity and does not pose any security problems. It is detailed on my website. I also offer a subscriber parking space in the secure underground car park 150 m away (5 / day on reservation).

Arrival is contactless from 4pm. You will receive codes by SMS and email in the morning, allowing you to access your flat independently. Check in earlier than 4pm is sometimes possible if conditions permit, but we can usually only know this the day before arrival. In any case, you can leave your luggage before 4pm.

In summer, a free shuttle bus "Coeur de Ville" runs a loop through all the points of interest in the town and can be used at any point.
