On arrival we found out that the room they gave us was super small it could hardly hold our luggage, I paid for 3nights and had to basically have my girl sleep right up on me the whole night you move in the bed you fall that’s the kind of bed we had. 2. The pictures on Expedia weren’t as it seemed in person the pics made it seem that you would have your own bathroom and kitchen but no you have to share with people. 3. 「The room was very clean. We stayed during the snow storm and the heat in our room conked out. The after hours help was super quick and helpful. We were moved to another room quickly. 」

「Great location, just like pictures, basic but worked well for us and our small dog. Great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Only negative, at times we could hear the owner’s family walking and taking above. But overall a good experience. Thanks」

「Beautifully decorated and clean. The property and island are gorgeous. The initial automated communication from the company, itrip, informing the tenant of their expectations, is brash-sounding and off-putting, but maybe they have had bad experiences. A better quality mattress and hotter water would have been nice. They did send workers to try to fix these issues, and communication was good. 」
