Perfect

Group of friends on a yearly escapade who used the flat for the basic sleeping and freshen up. Very easy comm with the property manager. Plenty of space and bedrooms Kitchen, dining table and living area well equipped. To be recommended if you are looking for a base to get in and out of the centre - only a few stops from the Reichtag

Perfect for a big group

The check in process was very easy as the property manager met us at the rental for the keys and to show us the unit. My family and I (7 of us) enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment. At the end of a busy day it was great to spread out and relax. It’s very close to both the U and S Bahns making it very easy to catch public transportation. A morning or evening walk at the Templehof airfield is very pleasant.

Tolle Wohnung auch wenn man bei der Lage erst denkt Ohje 😉 aber kommt man in die Wohnung wird man positiv überrascht. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Aufenhalt in Tempelhof

Die Wohnung liegt neben S-und U-bahn. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Kleines Bémol: Keine Weingläser, keinen Salatschüssel, kein Gemüseschäler. Zum Glück wurde und uns noch nachträglich Platten für de Ofen gebracht. Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Großzügige Wohnung, belebter Umgebung

Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gute Raumaufteilung. Gegend eher laut wg großer Straßen und Club im Erdgeschoss- sehr laut am Wochenende.

Great for eight adults. Great markets nearby and great access to public transportation. The entrance with the gate and dumpsters gives a negative vibe but we had no issues.

Bad communication and basic apartment

In the communication previous to our stay there was an additional night added to our previous booking. This was confirmed by a reply from the owner, and a new price was agreed. However, when we came to the apartment it turned they had rented out the apartment to someone else because apparently I should have again confirmed by replying to the e-mail from them already confirming my own previous confirmation. Because we were with a large group we had no other option to stay in a different and smaller apartment in the same building and also had to pay extra for this as they claimed the price agreed was only for the original nights. Even weirder, the day after one of the guests was let into the apartment by someone who claimed to be the owner and he said the reservation had always been in our name and the mistake was not ours. After returning home i tried to discuss this with the contact to see if we could solve this but they were very blunt and claimed no refunds are possible. Apartment by the way is very basics and sparse, reasonably spacious but by no means luxurious as stated. Neighbourhood is quite grotty and quite far from the centre or any major attractions.

Prima verblijf: aan te bevelen!

Ruime, schone woning, prettig contact met eigenaar die vlot antwoordt op mail en telefoon. Ruime hoeveelheden aan borden, bestek; meer glazen was handiger geweest. Het was uitzonderlijk warm en begrijpelijk dat er geen airco was, maar dat was wel welkom geweest aangezien de ramen s’nachts open, veel stadslawaai gaf. Het was jammer dat er polyester hoofdkussens waren: gaf veel transpiratie in deze warmte. Openbaar vervoer dichtbij, gezellige en zeer betaalbare restaurants, barretjes, winkel op loopafstand met vriendelijk personeel, en niet te vergeten: heerlijk zelfgemaakt ijs!!

Gegend nicht schon, aber sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Ehemaliger Flughafen Tempelhof in Fußweite. U-Bahn nur Minuten entfernt.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung für eine große Gruppe; Angebot hatte leider versteckte Kosten

Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einem nicht besonders schönen Gebäude und nicht in der besten Gegend, hat aber eine ausgezeichnete Anbindung. Sie ist frisch renoviert und in einem hervorragenden Zustand, sauber und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen kurzen Urlaub oder anderweitigen Aufenthalt. Unerfreulich war dagegen die Angebotserstellung: Zum von FeWo-direkt errechneten Angebots-Preis wurden nach Buchung und nach erfolgter Zahlung der vollständigen Miete per Kreditkarte weitere 48,- EUR für ein Wäschepaket bei Aufenthalt unter 3 Tagen angekündigt, fällig bei Wohnungsübernahme; das mag irgendwo im Kleingedruckten vermerkt gewesen sein ...; offensichtlich war es nicht, und ich habe es als unseriös empfunden.

Die Fewo ist nur sehr spatanisch ausgestattet, vieles ist kaputt, oder schmutzig.

Die in Berlin gut gelegene Fewo, entpuppt sich bereits im ersten Durchgang als sehr spatanisch in der Möblierung, die Rollos sind alle defekt, die Möbel sind alle angeschlagen. In der Dusche spülten sich beim Duschvorgang Schimmel aus den Fugen, die Wanne ist nicht zu benutzen, weil der Wasserdruck so gering ist, das die Wanne erst nach langer Wartezeit mit Wasser gefüllt und das ist dann kalt. Im Küchenbereich fehlt es an einfachen, aber gebrauchsfähigem Arbeitsmaterial. Kein Sieb, kein Schneidebrett, keine Schüsseln, billigstes Handwerkzeug, das nicht mal zum Umrühren taugt. Die Betten quitschen. Schade, das hier keine Standarts eingehalten werden. Alles würde noch attraktiver sein.

Super Wohnung, super Anbindung, perfekter Ablauf!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung, bereits zum zweiten Mal, und haben uns wie beim ersten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist mit der U6 super schnell in der Stadt und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig und bietet Platz für eine ganze Fußballmannschaft, wenn nötig. Rund herum sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Ablauf mit dem Vermieter sowie die Schlüsselübergaben waren reibungslos und unkompliziert.
