You will love the airy feeling of the apartment, the high stucco ceilings, the large windows and the excellently equipped kitchen with oven / microwave, modern induction hob, large fridge / freezer. The balcony is small, but the ideal place for breakfast in summer or just a cold drink in the afternoon. The 2-room apartment, which is partly furnished with Vinatge design furniture, is ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to get a feel for what it is like to live in the Schöneberg / Wilmersdorf district of West Berlin. Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung
in schöner West-Berliner Lage. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles hat wunderbar geklappt und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Super Wohnung! - Super Apartment!
The apartment is larger than it appears in the pictures. I loved the designer furniture and the quiet interior courtyard. Supermarkets, restaurants, and three train lines are right around the corner. Easy access to Zoo station, and to Kreuzberg. Norbert was gracious and helpful.

Stilvolle ruhige Wohnung in Schöneberg
Ausgesprochen professioneller, aufmerksamer und angenehmer Kontakt! Whg. wurde sehr sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden, gut ausgestattet, teilweise mit Vintage-Möbeln aus den 60ern, stilvoll und individuell gestaltet. Die Fotos haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Schöne anregende Bibliothek zum schmökern. Wer Kunst und Kultur liebt ist hier genau richtig! Nächste U-Bahn fußläufig in 5 Min erreichbar, ebenso erste Lebensmittelläden. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
