Saubere Wohnung im Hinterhaus
Die Wohnung in Kreuzberg ist verkehrsgünstig in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. U- und S-Bahn sowie Bio-Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, der schöne Bergmannkiez mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und kleinen Läden in 10 Minuten.
Die Außenansicht im Inserat entspricht nicht dem Hinterhaus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet. Hierhin gelangt man über einen Innenhof mit Mülltonnen und allerlei Unrat und über ein schmuddeliges Treppenhaus. Die Wohnung war dafür tipptopp in Ordnung und ausgesprochen sauber. Ein großes Lob dafür an die Putzkräfte. Sie ist einfach, aber ansprechend eingerichtet, mit dem Nötigen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Trotzdem erscheint der Preis dafür recht hoch.
Die per Mail geschickte Check in-Anleitung wie auch die in der Wohnung hinterlegten Informationen waren nicht aktuell und daher missverständlich. Ein Anruf bei der Hotline konnte dies klären.
Die Kaution wurde zweimal verbucht, auch dies konnte über den Chat geklärt und rückgängig gemacht werden.
Insgesamt drei Sterne für die günstige Lage und die gut eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Zwei Sterne Abzug für die nicht den Tatsachen entsprechende Außenansicht, den verhältnismäßig hohen Preis, den ungemütlichen Weg zur Wohnung und die verwirrenden Check in-Informationen.
