The 43m2 space includes a double bed in main living area and a private garden that you can enjoy the sunny weather in Berlin. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The Apartment is next to Metro Bismarckstr. that can bring you easily to reach Charlottenburg Palace, Kudamm shopping mall and Berlin zoo.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
