Me and a friend had an excellent stay. The flat was really nicely put together, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also really handy for simple cooking. The owners were also superb, they were very reachable and were extremely helpful with checking in. The flat is also not far from the city centre and is very near main bus routes.

Good place for short trip, very quiet

We had a very good stay in Moabit. The flat is equipped with all the basics you need for a stay in Berlin. The place is very quiet, we didn´t hear nor neighbours nor traffic of any kind! Good communication with the owner. It would be nice to have some blinds on the windows for more privacy and maybe a door between kitchen/bedroom/hallway would be great.

Alles sauber, aber eben alt

Everything was clean, room was exactly what was decribed. But the furniture, the kitchen and the bath was very old. for me, that was not a problem, because i was only sleeping and it was affordable.

Kitchen needs a huge update. Stove probably from the ‘50’s . Not all stove burners operated. No fan to help with the heat. Towels were not high quality.

Not so bed the apartment but the position is not good

Gregor and the staff are very kind and helpfull, the communication with them before our arriving was excellent, also the check-in and the check out were ok, they allowed us to do the check-in in advance because the apartment was free. Taking in consideration that we were two men without big expectations, the apartmen isn't bed but it's quiet old, they should refurbish it and at least they should install a couple of black courtains on the windows because there is no privacy and the morning light can distrub your sleeping. From my point of view the biggest problem is the position, because it's true that there are a lot of bars, place in which you can eat and supermarket near the apartment, but you need at least 35 minutes by the public transportation to get to the city center (Mitte), you have to take at least two different kind of public transports (bus and metro usually), and even more to reach other important touristic places like check-point Charlie or Berlin wall. Also the neighborood where having fun during the night like Kreuzberg of Friedrichshain and the discos are quite far, becuase they are in the east side of the city, we needed to take Huber or Bolt every evening spending more or less 20€ to go there and other 20€ to get back to the apartment.

Zweckmäßiger Altbaucharme

Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Treppenhaus optimierbar. Vor allem wenn man süß einem der oberen Stockwerke mit einem Koffer die Treppe runter will ist es "ungemütlich". Auch die Stufe direkt an der Eingangstür ist eine Stolperfalle.Die Wohnung an sich ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bett ist groß, gemütlich und quietscht nicht.Die Küche mit der Arbeitsfläche und der freistehenden Herd-Ofen-Kombi ist definitiv ausreichend. Der Esstisch ist ebenfalls groß genug für drei Personen. Die Möbel stehen so weit auseinander, dass es nicht gedrungen wirkt.Für den ganztägigen Aufenthalt vielleicht nicht geeignet, aber für den Kurztrip in die Hauptstadt definitiv eine gute Adresse.Haltestelle Turmstraße/ Beusselstraße ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkte Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

Es war eine schöne Überraschung. Ein kleines feines Apartment. Super ruhig und beste Lage für Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.Läden und Cafes fußläufig. Ich komme wieder.

Einfach gehalten

Sehr gute Lage, viele Haltestellen erreichbar, neuere Fenster, dadurch ruhig und warm.Natürlich kein Luxus, für ein Wochenende okUnterkunft wie beschriebenaber nicht rollstuhlgerecht, Stufen sehr hoch.Holztisch hat nach abschruppen geklebt, zu wenig Besteck, Klobrille kaputt, uralte Kaffeemaschine , Kleinigkeiten die schnell zu verbessern wären. Aber deswegen geht die Bewertung nach unten

Appartement in guter Lage mit spartanischer Ausstattung

Das Appartement ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, nichts um sich wohl zu fühlen. Kein Schrank im Zimmer, lediglich eine Kleiderstange mit mehreren Bügeln zum Aufhängen, an den beiden Fenstern hängen etwas zu schmale weiße Vorhänge, keine dunklen Vorhänge oder Rollos, um das Fenster zu verdunkeln. Jetzt im Winter mag das noch gehen, da die Sonne erst um 8 Uhr aufgeht, aber in den Sommermonaten ist hier die Nacht sehr früh zu Ende. Im Bad waren alte Bohrlöcher nicht wieder geschlossen worden. Die Dusche ist erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Küchenutensilien sind sehr knapp bemessen. Es gibt kein Bierglas oder Weinglas, gerade mal je 3 Wassergläser, Teller und Tassen. Kaffee, Filtertüten, Tee und Zucker waren vorhanden. In der Nähe waren aber genug Cafes, denn die Lage ist wirklich gut mit Verkehranbindungen in alle Richtungen. Der Empfang beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Appartement entspricht absolut nicht den bisherigen Bewertungen.

Tolle Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen um Berlin zu entdecken. Wir waren für den Marathon da und es war alles da, was man so braucht.

Perfekte Location für einen einwöchigen Berlinbesuch

Dieses schöne Appartement befindet sich in einem Berliner "Hinterhaus". Mit 2 Personen haben wir das Appartement 3 bewohnt. Der Stadtteil Moabit ist ein lebendiger multikultureller Stadtteil mit einer großen Auswahl von Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants aller Coleur. Mehrere Buslinien eine Tram-Linie und eine U-Bahnlinie sind vorhanden und der Hbf ist gut zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung sei noch gesagt, dass es hervorragendes Internet gibt (Streaming perfekt) und mein Favorit waren die absolut bequemen Betten! Außerdem liebe ich den Altbau-Charme mit hohen Decken und Holzdielen. Martina Müller aus Erftstadt

Loved the light filled room! The library with the Berlin travel book was a huge bonus, as I left mine at home. Nice coffee shop half a block away.
