nice location, nice service

We stayed for three nights there. Service are nice. My wife lost a pair of ear ring at the room in the period when we went for breakfast downstairs. I reported to the manager in duty and they couldn't find any. The manager had collected the info and follow up for insurance which we look forward to the progress of the follow-up work. Bed sheets are clean, toilet and bathroom also.

Strange step inside the room

The hotel is in a convenient place and near train station. However, it is so noisy when the train comes. I do not know why there is a step inside the room which let's me fall down in unclear situation. On the other hand, the staff should provide more wifi accounts to guests or even ask for how many devices will access internet.

Great staff and wonderful service

Savoy is my "go to" in Berlin. I always stay there, the hotel interior is dated, but it's more than made up by the staff and the service. Location is perfect, walking distance from many of the attractions in Berlin. Breakfast is superb.

Klasse & stil

Fine rom.

Berlin

A horror for none smokers. Couldn't access bar because of bad smoking odours, which also were present in all levels of the hotel. Bedrooms included. Double bed was to small in size, couldn't sleep at all. Ask for room with two single beds, couldn't have. Housekeeping entered room in the early morning whithout knocking? Also had displayed the do not disturb sign? Still tried to enter. Had not been informed by staff at check in that breakfast was included? Extremely poor value for money. Never again.

Great location, short walk from the railway station. Wasn’t impressed with the smell of stale tobacco smoke in what was supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Heating controls were a bit vague, the room was constantly too hot. We were on the 6th (top) floor, and found the room and especially the bathroom to be a bit tired and in need of a refresh. Staff were all super friendly and helpful
