The room was clean and the staff very friendly. A good place to stay and sleep but nothing more. With a kids bed in the room, there was hardly space to move around. The breakfast was ok. What makes the hotel very attractive is its location as there are plenty of options for public transport.

Music to my ears

Always love staying here when we visit Berlin from Liverpool. We come for concerts at The Mercedes Arena. It’s really handy for connections all around the city and the airport.

The room was very nice, the front desk was kind and helpful. I liked the fact it was staffed 24-7. The parking was horrendous, not the hotel's fault, and the area did not feel safe, especially tucked away so far in the back of a little shopping plaza. But the hotel itself was very pleasant.

Our stay at the niu chain was good as always. Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was great.The entrance was not easy to find. Staff was great accommodating our very late check in. The hall way was pretty dirty and there was a couple of homeless sleeping in the area in the mornings. But we still felt safe walking home at night.

Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage. Super Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus. Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich und super lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Anreise mit dem Auto überhaupt nicht problematisch. Auto kann für 6€ pro Tag in der Garage stehen. Die Bahn geht direkt vor der Tür weg. Kann nicht besser sein. Besonders lobenswert war das Frühstück. Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Für sechs Euro konnte man im Ringcenter im Gebäude vierter Stock bei C für einen Tag parken. Praktisch, dass im Hotel ein Einkaufszentrum wie Aldi, Kaufland, Bäckereien und so weiter alles vorhanden war. Leider keine Wasserkocher, im Bad nur ein einziger Haken. Das Reinigungspersonal asiatisch nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig, sonst eine top Einrichtung.

Sehr nettes Personal, dass direkt angrenzende Einkaufszentrum mit Parkhaus ist sehr praktisch und eine sehr günstige Lösung zum parken. In der Nähe gibt es direkt eine U und S Bahnhaltestelle, aber auch die Tram ist direkt vor dem Haus so das man ohne Probleme Berlin erkundigen kann.

Beim Frühstücken musste ich oft darauf aufmerksam machen, dass verschiedene Dinge leer sind. Auch die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. Wir waren bereits in anderen Niu Hotels und dort war der Frühstückservice besser. Aber was will man bei dem Preis erwarten. Sonst war alles entsprechend gut.
