“clean place, friendly staff, would stay again when I'm in town.”

“Perfect location in the midst of Tanglewood Park. An arboretum is just outside the front door. The property is appropriately decorated in an early 20th century style and was immaculate. The room has older fixtures befitting the age of the property. Water pressure could be better and some necessities were initially in short supply but the management addressed this issue.”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“The breakfast bar was excellent. But we were not told the WiFi password, it was seen at the breakfast buffet but we were leaving right after that. The key cards that we were given were demagnetized right after we got in our room. Also we had to go through an entrance that was constantly being used by smokers.”

“We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.”
