「とても気持ちよの良いホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、寄り添ってくれました。語学に不安があったのですが、ちょうどタイミングよくレストランで働く日本人スタッフの方がいらっしゃり、明日早く出かけたいこと、その場合は朝食をテイクアウトできるように用意してもらえることを間に入って調整していただきました。 あと、近くにバス停があってそこからグリンデルワルトターミナル駅まで17分で行けるので、ユングラウエリアに向かうにもとても便利。 部屋からの景色も素晴らしく、もう一度利用したいくらいです。」
