“The lady at check in was extremely rude, the room smelled like mold and had water coming through the wall. We checked out within about 5 minutes of arrival. There was a man there named Randy who was super sweet though, he deserves a high five but Evangeline on the front desk should not work with the public”

“The phone didn’t work there eas a domestic dispute going on in the early morning tried to call front desk phone had no dial tone. They were loud and i was scared my outlet to charge the phone had metal sticking out and I got shocked by it. The place was clean and modernized but I do feel the manager should reach out to me and adjust my stay based on what happened no sleep and video proof I hope they do if so they I would recommend because that means my safety is important to them if not do not……

“The lobby service is so bad ”

“We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again.”
