“This apartment was the perfect home base for us to explore Three Oaks for the weekend. Beautifully decorated and spacious, we loved our time here.”

“We had a hockey showcase at Notre Dame and this place was very convenient to get around the area. Place is very neat and clean. The loft upstairs was great for an extra room for kids. They loved it! I wish I knew the story about the bird that pecks at the master bedroom window. Every morning at 7:30 you have your own alarm! Lol. We were intrigued.”

“Beach access is walkable. Could not imagine that the water of Lake Michigan could be so calm! Just beauriful.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could think of. We were very close to downtown st Joseph and the beach. Would recommend and we will definitely be staying again!”

“This property was very nice. Really clean and neat. Easy to find and get in. Excellent location to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend. If you stay you must go to Macri's Bakery about a block away. You will need to buy ice and water before arriving. There is not an ice maker or water dispenser in the refrigerator. Other then that this apartment is a must. I will look to stay there in the future for ND home games.”

“My pups and I stayed three nights in this adorable studio! The check-in was a bit tricky in regard to the entry itself. The entryway for the property IS through the Gather storefront. I was mildly baffled but the lovely woman at the antique store gave me some guidance. I loved that the main living area was large enough to set up both of my dog crates with plenty of room to spare! We really enjoyed our stay here and were overjoyed that the dog park was less than five minutes away! Tad was very……

“The unit was very clean and had unique finishes and furniture. Sitting area and washroom were spacious and the rain shower was fantastic. Very nice view of the river. Much nicer place to stay for our daughter's graduation weekend than a hotel. There was some sound transfer issues between our bedroom area and the next unit. Note to the owner - the possible problem was the gypsum board was not acoustically caulked at the underside of the metal roof deck, the mineral wool insulation stuffed at the……

“A weekend away”

“This redone building is awesome! Roomy and has everything you need. Jocelyn is wonderful! She meets you in-person, which I loved! She is close by in case you need anything, but is very respectful of your privacy. The property has 4 units and they all share a common area out back where the hot tub is. The individual fire pit areas were amazing! We will be back for sure!”
