“We loved this property. It's right across the street from the beach. We would spend our days at the beach and then have a cozy place to come back to and get cleaned up. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our hosts were superb on every level. The units were clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We arrived early Christmas morning so most restaurants were closed. But we were greeted by Carla, our hostess, with the loveliest Christmas dinner. She and her husband went above and beyond. They helped us with a car rental, tips on what to do doing our stay and even provided us with assistance on how to get around Nassau. We had an excellent holiday. You will not be disappointed……

“I made a big mistake booking with Bahamas Vacation Club for the Parrot Cottage at Viking Hill on New Providence, Bahamas for a 5D/4N stay in mid August 2021. BVC does a good job of photo shopping its marketing pictures and writing engaging copy that presents an impression of a five star property, when in reality it’s maybe a two star at best. My first impression of the property at Viking Hill was of a property that had been abandoned. The grounds and shrubbery were overgrown across the property,……

“Terrific location - walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks, Cable Beach, jitney stops, Baha Mar, etc. Annick and Barrington were very gracious hosts who greeted us upon arrival and kindly gave us all the privacy we needed. Have stayed in many, many online vacation rentals, but have never had a cleaner and better-appointed apartment: in addition to all the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom essentials, it had many "bonuses:" a computer, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels,……
