「Some of the amenities were not working, like the storm guard shutters and the stove top buttons kept breaking off, although they did send someone to fix the stove. Just be aware there are other rentals on the property behind the house and another rental attached to the actual house that has a window overlooking private pool. Also, there is a main road right in front of house (between pool and beach). 」

「The host was extremely attentive and the property was very well maintained and in an excellent location. 」

「Communication with host was very good. He was helpful in giving us details and providing missing items when asked. (There were a few items missing that should be standard in a rental at this price.) Also one room listed as a bedroom is misleading. It is an attached den with a bathroom but is a pullout sofa and there is no privacy in that room due to French glass doors. Also a written explanation on how to operate the air system would be helpful. It was adequate for our group of six. 」

「Modern, well-furnished, spacious townhouse, central location, responsive host, and a really nice pool. Close to beaches, airport, and restaurants / grocery store. 」

「The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, there were two fairly significant issues that were never resolved. In the main bedroom, the breaker kept kicking off if we tried to turn on the lights. That meant that there were no lights and no outlets that worked in the room. Second, the second bedroom/bathroom had a very offensive smell that made it very difficult to tolerate. The view from our balcony was stunning.」

「The accomodations were fine but the host, Darin has not followed through with a credit he promised for our original stay in October, which we had to cancel. He has now ignored my emails for 2 months requesting the promised refund. 」
