"Beautifully decorated home. Amazing location, well stocked with basic need in every room and bathroom. Tons of towels and linens all organized. Plenty of dishes and kitchen wares/cooking supplies, full kitchens with everything you could need. Location was great, really nice furniture in and outdoor with the beach house aesthetic evident throughout. My family and I had plenty of space and were comfortable for the duration of the stay. Beds were comfy, rugs everywhere, seating was ample, and bathrooms were clean. Communication was good and owner very pleasant."

"Everything was great except the master king mattress. Everyone was wonderful but the listing is confusing because it’s through the real estate co. Not VRBO. It was much more expensive this way."

"This condo was perfect for a short getaway to the beach. We had four people in the three bedrooms and it was cozy. May be a tight fit for more people. We loved that it was Ocean Front. The complex had a lot of perks that were fun too. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. I would definitely consider staying there again."

"This was the perfect spot for our weekend get away with our dogs! The house was very clean and everything was in good repair with a week stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch with the dogs! Or host had very good communication and clear expectations of what to bring, and check in/check out responsibilities."

"Lovely property with terrific views of marshland, birds, water. We paddled with a provided kayak, biked with furnished bikes, and spent many happy hours on the back deck. Very helpful host, nicely designed house - everything super-clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities) or not.The host was very kind and very responsive."
