Privacy, Lakefront, and Sea Colony = A memorable vacation!

  • Built in 1998, we have owned property since 1999 and even though it has been rented for all these years, we have maintained this property as we do with our own home. First floor condo with bamboo hardwood floors throughout. Master bedroom includes queen bed, 42' smart tv, private bath including standup shower as well as a jacuzzi tub with shower. Second bedroom (designed for the kids) with 2 single beds and 26' tv. Den (off of living room) has a queen pullout and 32' flat screen tv). Hallway bath includes full tub/shower. Living room features pullout coach, loveseat, chair with 55' LG TV and blue ray player. Dining room adjoins living room. Kitchen features updated Corian countertops and tile floor. Large screened outdoor porch features the tranquil views of Heron lake in a secluded setting (condo is backside of building with no through walking traffic). Washer/dryer closet in kitchen. New HVAC system in 2012. Sea Colony Gold rated property.

Perfect Sea Colony Condo

Great place to stay when visiting Bethany Beach. You can tell the owners take great pride in their place. Very clean with a nice beachy theme. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Plus you have nice privacy since the unit is a rear unit. Loved sitting in the screen porch listening to the water fountain. Highly recommend!

This was by far the cleanest house/condo we ever rented at Sea Colony! The quiet location overlooking the pond was a pleasant respite from the east side of Sea Colony. Moreover, Ray was the best communicator…always responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the tasteful decor and the comfortable beds! Highly recommend this Sea Colony rental and hope to be back soon!! Thank you, Ray!

Excellent choice!

This condo was everything I expected it to be and more! Beautifully decorated with beachy theme. VERY clean. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Full-size washer/dryer a plus. Screened in porch overlooking lake great for morning tea. You must bring or rent towels and sheets. Bikes and beach equipment for use all seemed in good condition. Overall an awesome find. Ray, (owner) communicated well and often about Sea Colony news, check-in process and keys. Would highly recommend.

Very well kept property and very kind owner

We have been going to Sea Colony East and West in Bethany Beach at least twice a year for about 12 years. Ray’s property is very very nice, clean and well equipped. It has comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and a very nice TV with a Bose sound system in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for the entire family. This is the best cared for rental that we have stayed in during our 12 years of visits to Bethany Beach. We are looking forward to coming back.

Owner very easy to work with. The area is great to walk around and safe. Condo was close to everything you could want. Restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. Really loved the fireplace. Very enjoyable stay.

Annual Vacation at Sea Colony

We have stayed at Sea Colony for the past 13 years in Brandywine House and have loved it. This is our first time in this unit and we loved it as well. The experience mirrored our being at home with every expectation exceeded. The unit was perfect and the owner provided everything you could possibly need or want. We hope to be able to rent again there next year.

Nice unit, great location, helpful owner

I stayed for two weeks starting Memorial day. The condo is very well maintained and the location is picture-perfect. Right in front of a lake with fountain. The owner is also very responsive. An added bonus: beach cruiser bikes in excellent condition. This saves money on bike rentals. For anyone who has never been to Sea Colony, the whole place is a gem.

The house is well maintained and the location is great, with a pleasant view of the lake. We appreciate the amenities such as the beach supplies and the bikes. Raymond is considerate and easy to work with. Sea Colony’s facilities are a great plus!

Short get away for husband and wife

The property was very well maintained and furnished. The Sea Colony Resort at Bethany Beach Delaware is a prime location for families as well as couples having a honeymoon after 47 years of marriage. The villa was most welcoming and furnished just the way I would have if I had been the owner....well maintained with quality furnishings and "clean!"
