Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky

"The room was clean and smelled fresh. I was surprised that we had more than enough fresh towels and wash clothes, most hotels only provide enough for the day you arrive but we had enough for arrival and the next morning. The room had shampoo and conditioner and also body lotion at the vanity. The elevator was a little older but we had no problems with it. The breakfast was waffles, mini pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage, they had a variety of fresh danishes, toast and bagels. There was yogurt, cereals with milk, fresh fruit and the juices were tasty. Everything was clean and the attendant was super friendly. They had a little area where you could buy drinks and snacks beside of the front desk. Our checkin and checkout was super quick. The hotel was walkable to a movie theater next door! It also was walkable to Mellow Mushroom, Longnecks restaurant and gas stations. I felt very safe in the immediate area. The area was nice, clean and away from crowds and traffic. We were there for a Riverbend music venue concert and had no trouble getting an uber. We were at the venue in around 10 minutes. After the concert we walked over to the casino that was literally across the parking lot beside of Riverbend and played a few slots, enjoyed the free drinks in air conditioning while waiting for the crowd to die down and then had no trouble at all getting an uber back to the hotel. I do prefer a walkable hotel to a venue but as of now there are none so I highly recommend this hotel."

"We just love this hotel, and not just for the historic beauty and grandeur. The staff is fantastic. We’ve been here before and will be here again. The only downside was that several elevators were down, making a long trip to the 27th floor."

"Not a fan of the check-in process and the tiny amount of room available to park while you go in the building. The parking garage itself was okay. Room had a big stain on the carpet near the window and a tear in the fabric of the sofa but was otherwise fine. Restaurant barely qualifies as such as the menu is pretty limited and I don’t recall any gluten free alternatives offered."

"The bathroom floors were exceptionally grimy. I don’t think they actually clean them with maybe just a swiffer or something similar, let alone a wet mop."

"Great hotel in a good location for downtown and in a very nice area. The only downside was people smoking pot outside in the back that seemed to seep in the room. Hampton does a good job as always!"
