「The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. 」

「The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. We requested housekeeping on the second day of our stay - they forgot and it had to be put off to the next day. The hotel is surrounded by mangrove so...

「The property was well kept, the rooms were clean, the views were stunning and the food was exceptional. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. The only complaint I had with the room was that temperature of the hot water was a bit on the colder side, but everything else in...

「The room was hot when we arrive, the host moved us to another room, and the AC was working much better. The Pool is lovely but you can not eat or drink around the pool. $30.00 per day for a towel for the pool or beach. If you use the room towel at the pool you will be charged. Kitchen utensils was limited, no Frying pan or bread toaster. The staff was friendly and the facilities was clean.」
