“This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.”

“This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. “I love that this home felt secluded yet we were only minutes from the shops and ski slopes! When we weren’t busy skiing we enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and watching movies in the “theatre”. We also loved the stunning view of the mountains while soaking in the hot tub. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!”

“We had to shovel the snow in order to get in which was tough in the dark. It had been at 4 days since it had snowed so would've expected path to be clear. Once inside it took over an hour getting the wifi to work in order for the TV to work. There should be instructions regarding the TV as not everyone is familiar with only steaming options. “Overall our stay here was very nice. The location was great near all of the ski resorts in North Conway. Check in process was very easy and well communicated. The condo was very cute and fit our needs. My only complaint was although the condo was clean overall when we checked in the stove was not cleaned and there were some pans that when pulled out had also not been washed well. Still had some dried food on them. Also there was significant peeling of paint in the upstairs bathroom, could use a……

“We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!”
